The processes in Executing Process Group deal with the completion of the work defined in the Project Management Plan which is completed and approved by the stakeholders at the end of the project planning phase. Behind every successful project is a great team and a good team is a direct result of the good environment which is based on trust and competencies and capabilities rather than anything else. The team has to be acquired, managed and cultivated for performance. Conflicts, they are healthy if solved amicably by using the right conflict resolution method

Who is responsible for project deliverables?

Who oversees project delivery? Although there may be a full team working together towards one deliverable, the project manager oversees project delivery. It is their job to monitor progress and ensure that all project deliverables, both large and small, are met within the deadlines.

Which process groups must be included in every project?

Generally speaking, projects require five process groups — initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. These are known as the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) process groups.

In which stage of project management is the product delivered?

The project closure phase represents the final phase of the Project Management life cycle, which is also known as the “follow-up” phase. Around this time, the final product is ready for delivery. Here the main focus of the project manager and the team should be on product release and product delivery.
